The breath is our interface between the outside world and the internal one. Through it we receive air and life energy, vitalizing and strengthening us...
Correct breathing has to be learned, though. Through breathing techniques and a conscious perception of breathing, tensions and blockades can be dissolved, illnesses can be prevented and symptoms of disease can be alleviated. The lung capacity improves and a feeling of peace and tranquility comes over you. Correct breathing supports the stamina (mentally as well as physically) and everyday obstacles may be easier to overcome.

Chakras are the human body’s energy centers. You may imagine them as batteries in which energy is stored and from where energy is sent to the rest of the body by means of different canals.
Energy blockades may be dissolved through the perception and concentration of the 7 main chakras along the spinal column. Energy may flow freely and unimpeded again and at the same time your batteries are recharged.
Every chakra is assigned to one of the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether=space) and is associated with specific sounds and colors.
