General Terms and Conditions of Business at the Hochgall Natur Idyll

  • We welcome you to our Auszeit-Hotel **** welcome
  • The prices is per person per day.
  • Tourist tax: With effect from 1st January 2014 the State Government has decided to charge a tourist tax for all persons from 14 years of age in the amount of  3,40 Euro per person per night, in order to be able to promote the region in the long-term as a place attractive to tourists. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.
  • The holidays starts on the day of arrival at 3 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • The room is available from 3 p.m. If you are intending to arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us by telephone.
  • Arrival times are until 6 p.m.
  • Your reservation is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of  200.00 €uro per person within 5 days of booking.
  • The deposit will not be refunded in the event of failure to arrive or cancellation.
  • On departure you may pay your invoice by EC-card, Visacard, Mastercard or Eurocard, or in cash up to a limit of 4.999,99 €uro.
  • In the case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, the total time booked shall be invoiced.
  • Conditions of cancellation: 30 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 50% of the hole arragement, 14 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 100% of the hole arragement.
  • Cancellation insurance is available.
  • Cancellations are accepted only when communicated in writing.

  • For a double room for single use we charge a 50% supplement on the daily price currently quoted in accordance with our hotel's price list.
  • Please see the menu points on our home page for the exact description of our Packages: offers, last minute and remaining places.
  • Packages are valid for the prices quoted including the specified services. In the case of any deviation from this (e.g. a shorter stay) the daily prices shall be charged.
  • No deductions from the Package price shall be made for services not used during the Package weeks.
  • The children's rates and reductions are valid only if there are two persons paying full price in the same room.
  • Children's reduction in room with 2 full paying persons: 0-3 years -80%; 3-6 years -60%; 6-12 years -40%; 12-15 years -20%
  • Important note: Please inform us of all allergies before arrival.
  • By virtue of the high demand for our Beauty and Spa we recommend that you book your treatments and applications from home. Sunday is our day off.
  • If booked beauty treatments or Vital applications are not claimed without being cancelled in good time (24 hours in advance), we are obliged to invoice 100% of the price of the treatment.
  • We hope that you will understand that your four-legged friends are not permitted in our hotel.
  • Special room numbers or table requirements cannot be considered.
  • We accept no liability for objects left behind.
  • If you should require us to send you any object you have left behind please transfer the postal and carriage costs to our account in advance. We shall be delighted to inform you about postal and carriage charges.
  • Info Bonus-Card; after 10 years our Hochgall-Bonus-Card is discontinuend and in no longer valid/usable!
  • Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue.
