Price information
- Unless otherwise stated, the quoted prices apply to the “Hochgall Vitality-Indulge yourself-¾ board package” per person per day.
- The “Hochgall Vitality-Indulge yourself-¾ board package” begins on the day of arrival at 2p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 11a.m.
- Your reservation is considered confirmed when a down payment of Euro 200.00 per person has been received, payable via bank transfers (to: Eppacher Franz, Natur Idyll Hotel Hochgall, Südtiroler Sparkasse AG, branch Sand in Taufers, BIC: CRBZIT2B073, IBAN: IT36 U060 4558 2700 0000 1039 000
- Rooms will be ready as of 2p.m. Please notify us by telephone, if your arrival time is later than 6p.m.
- Unclaimed beauty and health treatments must be paid in full, unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- A 50% surcharge will be added to the price quoted in the price list for single occupancy of a double room.
- Should you depart prematurely or arrive late, the entire fee for the initially booked residence time will be charged.
- We are not liable for any left property.
- Should you desire a particular room number we shall comply with your wishes as far as possible.
- Children’s prices and reductions are valid only with two full paying adults in the same room.
- No deduction from the package price for unclaimed benefits in the all-inclusive weeks shall be permitted.
- Dogs on request without food, Euro 15.00 per day (please provide for your own dog bed and bedding). Please note that your four-legged friends are not admitted in the new bedrooms, to the beauty and wellness areas (with relax garden) as well as the dining rooms. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
- We are asking for you understanding not to bring your lovley pets in our new rooms, the suites, some of our regular rooms, our new Spa- and Beauty area, sunbathing area as well as in the dining room.
